Susan McNally

Susan McNally has been a producer/writer and director in film and television for over fifteen years. Most recently she wrote, produced and directed travel shows in Europe for Public Television (Smart Travels in Europe with Rudy Maxa.) Smart Travels is distributed by American Public Television and airs nation-wide on PBS. Her show on Venice won the CINE Golden Eagle Award in 2002.

Sue has written, directed and edited hundreds of corporate, marketing, instructional and multimedia projects for clients including The Boeing Company, University of Washington, City of Seattle, Homegrocer.com, Small World Productions, Fluke, Plan International, Tacoma Community Center.

In 1999, Sue directed her first feature film, Out of the Blue, for which she received a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts. Her short films and videos have won numerous awards and have been screened at festivals worldwide.


Fran Dunaway

Fran Dunaway has over ten years of experience in the film and video industry. A real believer in learning by doing, Fran has worked in virtually every capacity: audio recording, editing, writing, camera, lighting and directing. She is well versed in technology and recently managed the launch of the New MSN demo site for Microsoft. Evergreen, a film that Fran was line producer for, screened at the 2004 Sundance Film Festival, dramatic competition division.

For the past 8 years, Fran has worked as a freelance writer/producer for the Department of Information Services. During her tenure, Fran has written video scripts for a variety of training, educational, promotional and public service announcements. This list of clients includes: Office of Deaf and Hard of Hearing; the Liquor Control Board; The City of Olympia; the Department of Social and Health Services; the Department of Developmental Disabilities; the Washington State 911/TTY Education program; the Department of Health; Washington State Gambling Commission; and the Emergency Management Division.
