Susan McNally Producer/Director/Writer sue@crossfademedia.com
Susan McNally is a writer/producer and director with more than 20 years experience in film and television. She currently serves as the co-executive producer and producer/writer of Rudy Maxa's World, which airs nation-wide on PBS. In 2008 she garnered an EMMY award and two CINE Golden Eagle awards for her shows on Rajasthan and Tokyo. To date, she has written and produced forty shows for Public Television.
From 2000 to 2006, she wrote, produced and directed for the series Smart Travels with Rudy Maxa. She is responsible for nearly thirty half hour shows for this series. Her Smart Travels show on France's Bordeaux and Dordogne regions won an EMMY Award in 2006. Her shows have garnered numerous other awards including the Grand Prix at the Croatian Golden Pen Awards for journalism and three CINE Golden Eagle awards for the shows Shanghai, the French Riviera and Venice.
Sue recently produced and wrote the PBS one hour special: Adventures with Purpose: Lord of the Nile which won top prize in 2 categories at the 2007 TELLY Awards.
Graduated President's Fellow for Comparative Literature from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, Sue went on to receive her Masters in Film and Television from Boston University. In 1999, Sue received a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts for her work in film. In addition to PBS shows, Sue writes and directs documentaries, advertisements, corporate communications and her own narrative films.

Fran Dunaway is an experienced and accomplished video producer/writer who has worked in various capacities in the film and video industry. Her hands on technical experience provides a solid foundation for quick problem solving and her creative eye sets a visual standard to maintain. Fran serves as the Director of Production for LKK Partners, a media consulting firm with offices in Seattle and Washington DC.
Fran's credits include: 2007, 3 Pollie Awards for television campaign ads; 2006, 5 Pollie Awards for television campaign ads (including Senator Jon Tester of Montana); writer/producer for PBS travel Series Rudy Maxa's World, Argentina shows; line producer for the feature film Evergreen, which screened at the 2004 Sundance Film Festival and producer for Out of the Blue, a feature film shot on HD that screened at the first annual Digidance Festival in Park City, Utah.
